Bloom Flow
Saturday May 2, 2026 9:15am - 10:00am EDT

This class is fluid and intentional and slowed down a bit to allow extra time coming in and out of the poses for your body to adapt, adjust and align.

This all-levels flow class offers a creative sequence that is intentional, restorative, and moves at a slower pace (3-7 breath cycles per movement) to soulful music.
