Shri Devi Kristen Stritter is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, Awakened Yoga Nidra Instructor, and Certified Flexologist.

Kristen’s yoga journey began unexpectedly in college through a stress management course that turned out to be yoga. After years of searching for teachers in a rural area—and later returning to the practice when sciatica sidelined her from running—she was inspired by her longtime teacher, Denise Kay, and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012.
During her training, Kristen was introduced to Ayurveda and immediately began studying at the Himalayan Institute in Honesdale, PA. She became an Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist in 2016 and an Ayurvedic Health Counselor in 2018, later continuing her studies in Ayurvedic digestion and nutrition during the pandemic while navigating her own healing journey. These ancient practices continue to guide her approach to balance and wellbeing.
Kristen completed her advanced training with Sampoorna Yoga at Yogi Hari’s Ashram, studying the Yoga of Fullness—Hatha, Bhakti, Jnana, Raja, Nada, and Karma Yoga—and completed her Yoga Nidra training with Chitra Sukha in 2022.
Kristen teaches a wide range of classes including Power, Gentle, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Meditation, Mandala Flow, HIIT, Pilates, and Ayurvedic workshops, and also guides Ayurvedic group cleanses. A lifelong lover of Pilates, Kristen has been teaching since 2006, completing her training through Power Pilates and BASI, with advanced study in core and pelvic floor health. Her teaching emphasizes mindful movement, strength from the center, and embodied awareness—because through mindfulness, so much is possible.
