Many of the ways we respond to stress live below the level of conscious awareness. It lies within the body, the breath, and the nervous system. When life feels overwhelming, it’s less about trying harder, and more about learning how to guide your body back into a state of safety and balance.

Through a guided practice and gentle, bilateral stimulation, you’ll learn how to calm your nervous system.  These simple, evidence-based techniques work with your body's natural ability to heal and helps quiet the mind, release tension, and restore a sense of calm.

This session invites you to experience what it feels like when your system begins to soften and regulate. These practices are designed to be approachable, effective, and easy to integrate into everyday life.

In this workshop, you’ll experience:
  • A greater understanding of how your body responds to stress
  • Grounding and awareness practices to reconnect with the present moment
  • Gentle techniques that support emotional and physical reset
  • A short “reset” practice you can return to anytime
