Embodied Comedy is a playful, experiential workshop designed to help you find presence through the tools of improv and the wisdom of the body. Together, we’ll explore simple exercises that invite you out of your head and into the moment, using movement, breath, and connection as entry points. This is not about being funny or performing well. (Although it WILL be fun!) It’s about noticing what’s here, following your impulses, and allowing yourself to be seen in a low-pressure, supportive space.
Drawing from improv, nervous system practices, and sacred theater somatics, this workshop helps you build trust with yourself and others while gently expanding your capacity for spontaneity and expression. You’ll leave with a felt sense of what it means to be present, along with a few accessible tools you can return to in everyday life. No experience needed, just a willingness to show up and play.
